Retour- en terugbetalingsbeleid

Bij Aura Japan streven we naar de hoogste kwaliteit. Omdat wij werken met het Print on Demand principe, wordt elk item speciaal voor u geproduceerd. Dit helpt overproductie en verspilling tegen te gaan.

1. Herroepingsrecht (Bedenktijd)

Conform de EU-wetgeving heeft u het recht om uw bestelling tot 14 dagen na ontvangst zonder opgave van reden te annuleren. Na annulering heeft u nogmaals 14 dagen om het product retour te sturen.

  • Kosten voor retour: De kosten voor het terugsturen van de goederen van uw huis naar onze webshop zijn voor uw eigen rekening (ca. €6,95 binnen NL).

  • Staat van het product: Het product mag alleen uitgepakt en bekeken worden zoals u dat in een fysieke winkel zou doen. Artikelen die gedragen, gewassen of beschadigd zijn, kunnen wij niet terugnemen.

  • Uitzondering: Producten die specifiek door u zijn gepersonaliseerd (bijv. een door u aangeleverde naam of foto) zijn uitgesloten van het herroepingsrecht.

2. Beschadigde of verkeerde producten

Is er een productiefout of is het pakket beschadigd geraakt tijdens de verzending? Dat lossen wij direct op.

  • Termijn: Meld dit binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst via aurajapan1@gmail.com.

  • Bewijs: Stuur een duidelijke foto van het defect én een foto van het verzendlabel op de verpakking.

  • Oplossing: U ontvangt kosteloos een nieuw exemplaar of een volledige terugbetaling. U hoeft het defecte item meestal niet terug te sturen.

3. Maatvoering en Kleur

Omdat wij pas produceren bij een bestelling, raden wij u dringend aan de maattabel bij elk product te raadplegen. Hoewel u wettelijk mag retourneren als de maat niet goed is, helpt het zorgvuldig kiezen van de juiste maat ons om de ecologische voetafdruk van onnodige retourzendingen te verkleinen.

4. Retourprocedure

Wilt u iets retourneren?

  1. Neem altijd eerst contact op via aurajapan1@gmail.com.

  2. U ontvangt van ons het juiste retouradres (stuur items nooit direct terug naar de drukkerij/fulfilment partner, deze kunnen daar niet verwerkt worden).

  3. Na ontvangst en controle van uw retour storten wij het aankoopbedrag (inclusief de oorspronkelijke verzendkosten van de heenrit) binnen 14 dagen terug.

 

Refund Policy & Cancellations

At Aura Japan, we strive for the highest quality. Because we work with the Print on Demand principle, each item is uniquely produced for you after you place an order. This helps us prevent overproduction and minimize environmental impact.

1. Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-off Period)

In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without providing a reason. After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the product to us.

  • Return Costs: The costs for returning the goods from your home to our webshop are at your own expense (approx. €6.95 within NL, prices vary per EU country).

  • Condition of the Product: The product may only be handled and inspected as you would in a physical store. Items that are worn, washed, or damaged cannot be accepted for return.

  • Exception: Products that have been specifically personalized for you (e.g., with a name or photo provided by you) are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Products

Is there a production error or did the package arrive damaged? We will resolve this immediately.

  • Timeframe: Report the issue within 14 days of receipt via aurajapan1@gmail.com.

  • Evidence: Please send a clear photo of the defect and a photo of the shipping label on the packaging.

  • Solution: You will receive a free replacement or a full refund. In most cases of production errors, you do not need to return the defective item.

3. Sizing and Color

Since we only produce items once an order is placed, we strongly encourage you to consult the size chart provided with each product. While you have the legal right to return an item if the fit is incorrect, choosing the right size helps us reduce the carbon footprint of unnecessary returns.

4. Return Procedure

Would you like to return an item?

  1. Always contact us first at aurajapan1@gmail.com.

  2. We will provide you with the correct return address (never send items back to the printing/fulfillment partner directly, as they cannot be processed there).

  3. Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will refund the purchase price (including the original standard shipping costs) within 14 days.
