RETURNS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

1. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without providing a reason. After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the product to us.

• Customization Exception: The right of withdrawal does not apply to products manufactured according to your unique, personal specifications (e.g., an item featuring your own name or a photo provided by you). Standard designs from our collection fall under the regular right of withdrawal.

• Conscious Shopping: Because we operate on a Print on Demand principle (including the Stanley/Stella collection) to prevent overproduction and waste, we kindly ask you to consult the size charts carefully before ordering to avoid unnecessary returns.

2. Return Costs and Obligations

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the following conditions apply:

• Costs: The direct costs of returning the goods are entirely the responsibility of the consumer.

• Condition of the Product: The product must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition (including any labels). If the product is damaged due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the item, we may charge a reduction in value.

• Shipping: We recommend using a shipping method with a Track & Trace code. The consumer bears the risk for the return shipment.

3. Defects and Incorrect Delivery

Was the product delivered damaged, is there a production error, or did you receive the wrong item? You are entitled to a solution free of charge (replacement or full refund).

• Notification: Report the issue within 14 days of receipt via aurajapan1@gmail.com.

• Evidence: Please include clear photos of the defect, the entire product, and the shipping label on the packaging.

• Solution: In the event of a valid complaint, a new production run will be started at no cost to you, or you will receive a full refund of the purchase price.
