Shipping Policy – Aura Japan

Thank you for shopping at Aura Japan! Below you will find everything you need to know about how we deliver your order.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

• We only ship on business days (Monday through Friday), not on weekends.

• During periods of extreme high volume (such as the holiday season), processing times may be slightly longer.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We ship via Deutsche Post, DPD, DHL, and Asendia. The costs and estimated delivery times are as follows:

3. Track & Trace

As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace code. This allows you to follow your order from the moment of shipment to your doorstep. Please note: it may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.

4. International Shipping

Currently, Aura Japan only ships within Europe. While we do not ship outside of Europe yet, this may become possible in the future.

5. Incorrect Address & Lost Packages

• Address Errors: Please double-check your address details at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

• Damage or Loss: Did your package arrive damaged or does it appear to be missing? Please contact us within 14 days at aurajapan1@gmail.com, and we will find a suitable solution for you.
